Data controller
Inspection Vendor Index is operated by KG LLC, the data controller for information collected through this site. A registered mailing address is available on request at support@kineticgain.com.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode. Analytics and advertising storage are set to denied by default and load only after you choose Accept on the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing site data.
Forms
When you submit a sourcing request, newsletter signup, or advertising inquiry, the form is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. We use the information only to respond to your request. Do not submit confidential facility, security, or incident details through any form on this site.
Newsletter signup is single opt-in. We store only your email address to send occasional updates, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your information.
Retention
Sourcing-request and get-listed form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission for business record-keeping, then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics' standard event-data retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email support@kineticgain.com and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our service providers, including Web3Forms and Google Analytics, may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on those providers' own standard contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children's privacy
This site is directed to business and procurement professionals and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Third parties
Outbound sponsored links may set their own cookies on the destination site under their own policies. Provider profiles link to each provider's own public website, which has its own privacy practices.
